Job summary

Ri-Rance Realty Corp. is looking for an experienced Leasing Specialist to drive growth and achieve full occupancy for its commercial and residential properties in the metro area. The role involves scouting tenants, negotiating leases, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.

You will also prepare lease documents, monitor performance, manage renewal decisions, and maintain strong tenant relations to support long-term occupancy and sustained revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and residential leasing activities.
• Ability to prepare lease documentation and negotiate lease terms.
• Strong tenant relations and retention focus.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to meet leasing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend growth strategies and plans for new leasing businesses.
• Scout, identify, and develop prospective commercial and residential tenants.
• Achieve and maintain full rental occupancy by advertising, tours, lease documentation, and compliance.
• Close new lease accounts and manage related leasing and administrative tasks.
• Oversee management and administration of leased units.
• Assist Leasing Head on special accounts and property development initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy, and arrears.
• Coordinate with tenants on renewals, amendments, move-in/out, and related matters.
• Monitor occupancy, renewal status, and turnover of units.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships to support long-term occupancy.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Accounting, Operations, Maintenance, Legal, and others on leasing matters.
