Job summary

Ri-Rance Realty Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a Leasing Specialist to drive tenant acquisition and lease administration for our portfolio of properties. You will conduct property tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and support marketing and customer service efforts to attract and retain tenants.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of sales or leasing experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel within the area.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year and up experience in Sales and/or Leasing.
• Has strong sales background.
• Skills in database management, presentation, negotiation.
• Has strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Property Tours: Conducting tours of available units or properties for prospective tenants.
• Tenant Screening: Evaluating applications, conducting background checks, and verifying tenant qualifications.
• Lease Administration: Preparing and processing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including online listings and promotional materials.
• Customer Service: Addressing inquiries and concerns from prospective and current tenants, providing exceptional service.
• Market Research: Analyzing local market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property owners.
• Open Houses: Organizing and hosting open house events to showcase properties.
• Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and other relevant documents.
• Follow-Up: Staying in touch with leads and following up on inquiries to encourage leasing.
