Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Leasing Officer to generate leasing opportunities and convert prospects into tenants. You will support the end-to-end leasing process, including lead generation, property viewings, leasing documentation, and promotions to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

You will also nurture relationships with brokers and corporate clients, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in tenant retention and move-in best practices to ensure a smooth experience for new tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, business development, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leasing leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, social media and marketing channels.
• Respond promptly with accurate information on units, rates, amenities and terms.
• Conduct property tours and orient tenants on rules and policies.
• Prepare and process leasing quotations, contracts and documents.
• Coordinate with Finance and Property Management for billing and documentation.
• Monitor market trends and report occupancy and renewals.
