Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end leasing process from prospecting to signed leases
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants; primary leasing contact
• Develop leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals
• Source new retail concepts to complement mall positioning
• Conduct market research and rental benchmarking for pricing
• Prepare leasing proposals and financial analyses for management approval
• Monitor lease expirations and manage renewals and escalations
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Design & Construction, Legal, and Finance on onboarding and openings
• Supervise Leasing Associates and ensure timely leasing activities
• Prepare regular occupancy and pipeline reports
