Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Occupancy: Create and implement policies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Portfolio Curation: Analyze and propose the best mix of services and occupants to keep the project a top destination.
• Operational Oversight: Review requirements and ensure occupants comply with contractual obligations and standards.
• Performance Management: Coordinate with sales and marketing to improve occupant performance and meet budgets.
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain high occupant satisfaction while upholding policies.
