Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years in corporate leasing or real estate management.
• Experience on lessee/tenant side preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine property law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end leasing operations for nationwide branches.
• Lead lease renewal processes by evaluating terms and negotiating with landlords.
• Identify and recommend new site locations in line with expansion strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
• Conduct market studies to benchmark rental rates and assess property competitiveness.
• Monitor contract expirations, escalations, and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations to ensure lease terms align with policies.
• Ensure lease documents are complete and legally compliant.
• Provide regular reports on leasing status, cost trends, and space utilization.
• Recommend cost-saving measures through renegotiations, relocations, or consolidation.
• Maintain accurate lease data and documentation for all leased branches.
