Motortrade Nationwide Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Branch Development Manager to lead nationwide expansion efforts, identify new locations, and manage real property negotiations. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on strategic growth, partnerships, and data-driven decision making.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in branch operations and business development, with proven leadership and financial planning capabilities to drive profitability and network growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in branch operations, business development, or expansion planning.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch expansion strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential branch locations.
• Oversee end-to-end branch development: site sourcing, acquisition, lease negotiation, coordination.
• Establish partnerships and alliances to strengthen network presence.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to support expansion initiatives.
• Drive sales initiatives, monitor pipelines, and aim to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development for alignment.
• Coordinate sublease agreements with affiliates to maximize asset use.
