Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee and manage the leasing operations of our commercial and/or residential properties. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for achieving occupancy goals, maintaining tenant relations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring all leasing activities are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day leasing operations and ensure all units are leased in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants.
• Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and occupancy reports.
• Coordinate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewing.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and occupancy status.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to recommend pricing adjustments.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with tenants.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with property management software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused and goal-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to travel and conduct roving duties within store branches in Visayas and Mindanao.
