Job summary

Motortrade Nationwide Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Branch Development Manager to lead nationwide branch expansion and strategic property initiatives. You will drive opportunities, negotiate leases, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee acquisition projects to expand the dealer network.

You will apply market intelligence, maintain profitability, and mentor a high-performing team across departments to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in branch operations, business development, or expansion planning.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch expansion strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities, new branch locations, and real property acquisition prospects.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of branch development, including site sourcing, acquisition, lease negotiation, and project coordination.
• Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company's network and market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven expansion and business development initiatives.
• Lead sales initiatives, monitor pipelines, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and expansion targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development to ensure alignment of business strategies.
• Manage departmental cost efficiency while maintaining profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate sublease agreements with company affiliates to maximize asset utilization.
• Develop tools, processes, and best practices for site acquisition and lessor negotiations.
• Analyze business intelligence and market data to identify opportunities within assigned markets.
• Lead and manage special projects initiated by senior management.
• Evaluate, coach, and develop department team members to ensure strong performance and engagement
