Job summary

OAMPI Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients from various channels in Makati, Philippines.

You will support the BD and Sales teams with high-quality prospect insights, build targeted lead lists, and assist with outbound campaigns using email and LinkedIn. The role requires strong English communication, experience with prospecting tools, and familiarity with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation or related roles is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Apollo or similar platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and HubSpot CRM is a plus.
• Strong research and prospect identification abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify potential clients across channels.
• Build targeted lead lists and support BD and Sales teams with prospect intelligence.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Maintain and update prospect records in CRM systems.
• Prepare lead-generation reports and pipeline summaries.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and sales materials.
