Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking a results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Associate for our Pasig City team. You will lead the front end of business development, combining strategic marketing lead generation with direct sales outreach to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients.

You will research potential leads, perform outreach, manage CRM pipelines, and collaborate with sales and marketing to convert inquiries into opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales outreach and marketing lead generation.
• Strong understanding of top-of-funnel lead qualification and prospect sourcing.
• Experience with cold emailing and phone prospecting techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B/B2C leads through digital channels and networks.
• Conduct cold and warm outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to qualify prospects.
• Maintain lead pipelines in CRM with tracking of communications and status.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize campaigns and schedule product demos.
• Present company solutions and guide prospects through early sales funnel stages.
• Monitor outreach metrics and lead conversion to improve pipeline quality.
