Integrated OS in the Philippines invites a motivated entry-level professional for the Partner Growth (Lead Generation Associate) role at our Alabang office. You’ll support Marketing, Partner Solutions, and Talent Acquisition with lead research, data hygiene, CRM updates, and content support to drive offshore partnerships.

Ideal for fresh graduates with strong English, attention to detail, and curiosity about marketing and business development.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong English written communication skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Word/Google Docs/Sheets/Excel and online platforms.
• Willing to learn tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Manatal, LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Research companies across Australia and New Zealand for potential offshore partnerships.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead details.
• Monitor SEEK and Indeed for offshore-fit roles and compile lead summaries.
• Support marketing campaigns and content preparation.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with clean candidate records in Manatal.
