Linkage Foods Ventures Corporation is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to oversee CVS/Modern Trade accounts, including 7-Eleven, with a focus on growing sales, profitability, and distribution. The role involves developing strategic account plans, coordinating promotions, and ensuring optimal in-store execution across channels.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in FMCG sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or FMCG Sales.
• Must have experience handling 7-Eleven accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
• Good understanding of FMCG sales, trade promotions, and distribution.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willing to conduct field visits and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned CVS/Modern Trade accounts, including 7-Eleven.
• Achieve sales, volume, distribution, and profitability targets.
• Develop account plans, sales strategies, and promotional programs.
• Negotiate and coordinate pricing, promotions, listings, displays, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor sales, inventory, sell-in/sell-out, and account requirements.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams for smooth account operations.
• Identify opportunities for new listings, distribution expansion, and account growth.
• Address customer concerns and monitor in-store execution and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular account updates.
