Job summary

New RBW Marketing Inc. is seeking a results-driven Modern Trade Account Specialist to manage, protect, and expand B2B relationships with major supermarket chains and HORECA clients.

You will be the primary contact for assigned territories, aiming to maximize placements, meet aggressive quotas, and retain long-term clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven B2B corporate sales or field sales in FMCG/food distribution.
• Valid driver's license and own motorcycle or vehicle for daily field visits.
• Strong negotiation, account management, and communication skills in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Account Retention & Growth: Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional buyers and supermarket category managers to ensure steady monthly order volumes.
• B2B Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and onboard new institutional accounts, hotels, restaurants, and catering services (HORECA).
• Merchandising & Placement Management: Negotiate for prime shelf space, display setups, and maximize brand visibility in retail stores.
• Field Monitoring & Inventory Audits: Conduct site visits to assess inventory, prevent stock-outs, and ensure pricing per guidelines.
• Collection & Credit Control: Monitor payment schedules, follow up on invoices, and reconcile ledgers to minimize bad debts.
• Market Intelligence: Report field insights on competitor pricing and promotions.
• Sales Administration: Complete daily/weekly logs and reports using the company's system.
