• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or territory sales.
• Strong understanding of retail market and competition.
• Good oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and penetrate CD Key Account (KAC) partners with long-term relationship focus.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned KAC partners.
• Play a role in new business pitches and onboarding of new clients.
• Define strategies to increase productivity in CD business.
• Set up short- and long-term CD segment strategies and incentives.
• Monitor sales performance and propose action plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and joint campaigns.
