Human Nature is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager in Metro Manila / Quezon City to grow the business within key accounts while upholding retail fundamentals and the company’s values.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, secure in-store displays, and deploy strategic activities to expand our presence across doors and e-commerce platforms. Willingness to travel for key accounts is required.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG handling major accounts, modern trade, and retail customers.
• Strong execution and attention to detail; able to drive in-store initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to Metro Manila accounts and Quezon City office days.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure retail fundamentals are adhered to consistently.
• Enlist new products, promos, and in-store initiatives on-shelf.
• Secure primary and secondary displays at all times.
• Coordinate with Order Fulfillment, Logistics, and Warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Plan strategic activities to grow Human Nature in assigned accounts.
• Expand presence into new doors or channels, including e-commerce platforms.
• Engage regularly with accounts to build business relationships.
