Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior/Account Manager to lead strategic/key accounts and build long-term relationships with merchants. Based in Metro Manila, you will be the primary contact for major clients and coordinate with Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Support to resolve issues.

You will identify growth opportunities, propose campaigns, negotiate commercial terms, and conduct regular business reviews to boost merchant performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, and Relationship Management.
• Experience managing large, strategic, or high-value accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic/key accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for key merchants or clients.
• Drive account growth by identifying sales, revenue, and business opportunities.
• Develop account strategies based on each merchant's business needs and potential.
• Monitor account performance and track KPIs, sales, volume, and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Support to resolve merchant concerns.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Identify and propose campaigns/promotions that can increase merchant performance.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights and recommendations to merchants.
• Manage negotiations involving commercial terms, programs, and business initiatives.
• Ensure merchant retention by addressing concerns and strengthening the partnership.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
• Prepare reports and business updates for management.
• Support onboarding and expansion of strategic merchants, branches, or corporate entities.
