Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company in the Philippines, seeks a Business Development Regional Officer (SME) to drive SME growth across the region. You will acquire new SME clients, build partnerships, expand merchant networks, and help achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets.

The role requires 3–5+ years in business development or fintech, a related bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard SME clients in the region.
• Drive adoption of fintech products and services.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Build regional growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build relationships with SME owners and decision-makers.
• Organize SME forums and regional campaigns.
• Monitor portfolio, ensure compliance and risk controls.
