Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience in FMCG.
• Proven experience in modern trade and national key accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS applications.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management and develop account development plans.
• Coach and manage 2 direct reports and drive KPI performance.
• Build trusted partnerships with buyers, category managers, and directors.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out data and market trends to grow accounts.
• Manage P&L at the account level including trade spend and margins.
• Ensure in-store execution standards and planogram compliance.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and peak-season activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
