Job summary

GSK is seeking a field-based account manager to lead key accounts across the Philippines, building strong partnerships with healthcare institutions and internal teams to drive business growth and patient access. The role emphasizes collaboration, practical action, and clear communication to advance Ahead Together initiatives.

You will develop annual business plans, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with supply chain and medical teams to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in strategic account management or institutional sales.
Proven success managing hospital, government, or major corporate accounts.
Strong commercial skills in business planning, forecasting, and delivering KPIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual business plans tailored to the needs of your key accounts.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital leaders, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and lead contract negotiations to support mutual goals.
Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, medical, and commercial functions to ensure smooth product availability.
Monitor account performance through regular reviews and use insights to improve outcomes.
Collect and share market and customer information to help shape strategies and plans.
