Job summary

GSK seeks a Philippines-based leader to drive government affairs and market access to improve patient access and sustainable health solutions. You will engage with government agencies, payers and health-system stakeholders while collaborating with market access, medical, HEOR, regulatory and commercial teams.

You will help develop national strategies, prepare payer materials, and lead tender negotiations, leveraging evidence to support access decisions across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• University degree in public health, pharmacy, health economics, economics, public policy or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of market access or government affairs experience in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of Philippine procurement, reimbursement pathways and health financing.
• Experience preparing access dossiers or payer-facing materials.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation with public sector.
• Excellent English communication; Filipino preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver national government affairs and market access strategies for public and private sectors.
• Build trusted relationships with government agencies, payers, hospital leaders and policy stakeholders.
• Prepare payer materials, reimbursement dossiers and policy briefs to support coverage and contracting decisions.
• Lead negotiations and engagement for tenders and institutional contracting.
• Collaborate with HEOR, medical and regulatory teams to generate local evidence for access cases.
• Monitor policy and market trends and translate findings into practical recommendations.
