Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in strategic account management or institutional sales.
• Proven success managing hospital, government, or major corporate accounts.
• Strong commercial skills in business planning, forecasting, and delivering KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory.

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in strategic account management or institutional sales.
• Proven success managing hospital, government, or major corporate accounts.
• Strong commercial skills in business planning, forecasting, and delivering key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare services.
• Knowledge of tendering, formulary processes, or public sector procurement.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or sales planning tools.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of hospital operations, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Professional certifications or training in account management, sales, or business analytics.
