Responsibilities

Distributor management and growth: develop and maintain partnerships with distributors, drive growth, and plan territory strategies.
Account management and customer engagement: build relationships with healthcare providers and hospital leadership; support distributors.
Sales & commercial excellence: achieve targets, monitor pipelines, analyze market trends, and support tenders.
Distributor enablement & product expertise: train distributors, provide coaching, and collaborate with product teams.
Stakeholder management & cross‑functional collaboration: coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
Business reporting & performance management: maintain forecasts and territory plans.
