Job summary

HP UK is seeking an ambitious Commercial Inside Account Executive to own the end-to-end account strategy for medium business accounts and drive growth across Personal Systems and Managed Device Services.

You will develop relationships with acquisition opportunities, manage account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver value. Native English required, Bachelor's degree, and proven sales experience with mid-sized accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Native English language fluency.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
• A background in Information Technology or a related technical field will be highly valued.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience working with medium business accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition, retention, and development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify & connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives.
• Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
