Job summary

HP is seeking an Commercial Inside Account Executive for Italy to own end-to-end account strategy and drive engagement with mid-sized accounts. The role focuses on expanding share-of-wallet, developing opportunities with new logos, retaining clients, and growing services within the account.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, native Italian, fluent English, and proven sales or account management experience in a technical field, with strong negotiation and executive-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Native Italian language fluency.
• High English language fluency.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
• A background in information technology or a related technical field will be highly valued.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience working with medium business accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition, retention, and development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
