Job summary

HP Portugal seeks an experienced Commercial Inside Account Executive to own end-to-end account strategy for medium business accounts. You will cultivate relationships with acquisition opportunities, manage account strategies, and collaborate with inside resources to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

Native Portuguese language fluency.
High English language fluency.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
Background in Information Technology or a related technical field is valued.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Experience with medium business accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
Expand share-of-wallet by developing opportunities with acquisition and retention for mid-sized accounts.
Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
Identify and connect customer strategy and HP offerings to build value and business cases aligned to customer initiatives.
Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
Coordinate with internal departments to align resources with client needs.
