Job summary

Exe​co is seeking an Incentive Compensation Contractor to support administration, payroll delivery, and ongoing ICM system setup and maintenance. You will ensure accurate payouts by auditing commissions, managing SPIFFs, and maintaining data integrity in Xactly and Salesforce.

The role requires 2+ years in incentive compensation, strong numerical skills, and clear communication with sales, revenue operations, and payroll teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on commission administration and plan lifecycle management.
• Experience with variable pay execution and SPIFFs.
• Fluent use of Salesforce reporting and case management.
• Strong numerical and data reconciliation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit commission calculations by pulling Salesforce data and finalize monthly and quarterly payouts.
• Maintain ICM data integrity in Xactly and support system enhancements.
• Administer plan distributions for hires, transfers, and quota adjustments.
• Compute draws, prorations, and final settlements.
• Audit NACV and Services figures in Salesforce and adjust as needed.
• Monitor Salesforce cases and resolve disputes promptly; identify process improvements.
