Job summary

Execo in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines, is hiring an Incentive Compensation Contractor to support the administration, payroll delivery, and ongoing management of our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform. You will ensure accurate commission calculations and data integrity across Salesforce and the ICM system.

The role requires hands-on experience with ICM tools, strong numerical skills, and collaborative communication with sales, revenue operations, and payroll teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in incentive compensation and variable pay.
• Strong Xactly and Salesforce reporting experience.
• Excellent numerical and data reconciliation skills.
• Attention to process details and payout accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Commission auditing & payroll delivery: audit data and finalize monthly/quarterly payouts.
• System administration & implementation: maintain ICM data integrity and setup SPIFF programs.
• Compensation plan processing: manage new hires, transfers, and draws.
• Sales operations: adjust NACV and Services values in Salesforce as needed.
• Support: resolve inquiries and monitor case queues for accuracy.
• Process improvements: identify bottlenecks and suggest workflow enhancements.
