Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven work experience as a Service Sales Officer in an IT company.
• Solid understanding of enterprise technology solutions and core ICT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative sales by understanding client requirements and recommending ICT solutions and services.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification to contract closure.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and strategic development.
• Bridge technical and operations teams to coordinate client requirements and project delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and promote recurring business growth.
• Monitor ICT industry trends and feedback to identify new opportunities.
