Job summary

MEC Networks Corporation in Cubao, Quezon City, is seeking a Sales Management Trainee to blend technology and business development. You will identify opportunities, prospect leads, present ICT solutions, and manage client relationships under mentorship from senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify & Develop: Spot and build new business opportunities within the ICT market.
• Prospect & Generate: Prospecting, lead generation, and account development.
• Engage & Present: Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and recommend ICT solutions.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients, resellers, technology partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare & Propose: Build proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Manage the Pipeline: Follow up on opportunities and assist in managing the sales cycle from initial engagement through closing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Team up with internal units and technology vendors to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Represent & Monitor: Participate in client visits, product demonstrations, industry events, and sales activities while keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activities.
• Structured Learning: Participate in formal and hands-on training across sales, product knowledge, business development, account management, and commercial operations.
• Gain Exposure: Rotate through or gain exposure to different functions of the business to develop a well-rounded understanding of the ICT distribution industry.
• Execute Projects: Work on key business projects and initiatives assigned by management.
• Learn from Leaders: Receive active coaching and mentorship from senior leaders and experienced sales professionals.
