Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to branch and operations leaders in developing workforce strategies aligned with operating plans, productivity targets, and growth objectives.
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies; build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Own relationships with manpower agencies and external workforce providers; drive SLA accountability and performance standards.
• Use workforce metrics to guide decision-making and address performance gaps.
• Champion a high-performance, ownership-driven culture and strengthen leadership capability.
• Provide market insights on compensation and benefits in collaboration with Head Office.
