Qualifications

• Solid foundation in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership: main HR contact for line managers and coordinate with specialists.
• Talent Acquisition: end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Policy & Employee Support: guidance on HR policies and daily inquiries.
• Office & Financial Operations: manage day-to-day office administration and budgets.
