• Interpret Company Policy and ensure compliance with all policies.
• Orient newly hired employees on procedures and policies.
• Assist in reviewing employment records for completeness.
• Prepare and process HR documents such as recruitment requests, resignations, etc.
• Establish and maintain employee service records and files.
• Compute service computation dates, leave records, etc.
• Coordinate with departments regarding recruitment and personnel activities.
• Prepare HR-related reports in a timely manner.
• Manage data required for payroll preparations.
• Maintain harmonious relationships among employees.
• Participate in all HR/Admin programs and activities.
• Attend to employee requests for assistance.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
• Ensure visitors/guests are recorded in the log.
