Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Pangasinan operation. The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, partner to site leadership, and ensures compliance with Philippine labor regulations across external processing sites and business partners.

Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, driving talent acquisition, managing employee relations, payroll, and organizational development while fostering alignment with regional partners and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years HR management experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or similar environments.
• Proficient in HRIS; strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and standards.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce data for improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders and external partners to support operations at multiple sites.
• Travel to external sites and partner facilities as required.
