A leading agricultural company seeks an HR Manager to oversee the complete employee lifecycle for the Pangasinan operation, including support for external processing sites and partners.

The role partners with site leadership to drive HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law, business or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR management in manufacturing/agri environments.
• Experience in recruitment, ER/IR, payroll, and L&D.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits and HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics and drive improvements.
• Travel to external sites as needed.
