Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function across a large, geographically dispersed workforce. The role combines enterprise HR strategy with hands-on field execution, including workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations at sites nationwide.

The ideal candidate balances leadership with practical, ground-level implementation, and is comfortable engaging with both corporate and frontline teams to ensure consistent policy application and people

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience.
Senior HR leadership experience in large, operationally intensive environments.
Strong experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforces.
Exposure to multi-site operations and field HR activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth.
Lead end-to-end HR operations across a large, dispersed workforce.
Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.
Drive employee engagement, labor relations, and policy compliance.
Partner with site leaders to ensure consistent HR practices and governance.
Steer HR technology, processes, and data analytics to improve effectiveness.
Build and mentor a strong HR team across multiple sites.
