Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Head of HR who will lead the HR function and drive strategic people initiatives in alignment with business objectives. You will oversee talent management, organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations to build a high-performing workforce.

The role requires 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, plus a solid business acumen and experience with HRIS/analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven experience leading HR strategy and managing full-spectrum HR functions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on people-related matters.
• Leads the overall HR function, ensuring operational excellence and strategic impact.
• Oversees end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies.

• Ensures strong performance management systems and career development frameworks.
• Leads organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drives culture-building and employee engagement programs.
• Oversees change management initiatives to support business transformation.
• Ensures fair and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Oversees employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
• Oversees HR systems, processes, and service delivery.
• Drives HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitors HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partners with business leaders to address workforce challenges and strategic talent needs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.
• Builds trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
