Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Mandaluyong site to align HR programs with business needs in a fast‑paced BPO setting.

You will partner with site leaders on staffing, performance, discipline, and engagement while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards. Night shift experience preferred and a focus on data‑driven decisions will be valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR experience in a BPO or call center environment.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, case management, and performance management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR partner for site leadership, providing day‑to‑day HR support.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Finance & Payroll, and IT.
• Assist in workforce planning, staffing movements, and site HR initiatives.
• Support HR programs and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Manage disciplinary cases, investigations, and case records.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and exit interviews.
• Provide comp & benefits support and address government-mmandated benefits inquiries.
• Ensure DOLE compliance and assist with site audits and regulatory requirements.
