A leading HR service provider in the Philippines is hiring an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals. The role involves managing employee relations cases, driving employee engagement, and implementing retention initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a BPO environment. • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to support holistic HR solutions.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.

Position Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals across assigned programs or verticals. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, managing employee relations cases, and implementing retention and attrition management initiatives. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring that HR interventions support operational success and employee satisfaction.
