Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a consulting, corporate or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law and regulatory requirements relevant to the Philippines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Certification in HR or related fields (such as CIPD or equivalent) is preferred.
• Flexibility and adaptability with a genuine passion for supporting employee development and organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and department managers to translate strategic objectives into effective HR initiatives.
• Provide proactive HR support on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational development.
• Assist in designing, delivering and implementing learning and development programmes.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics and engagement data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for change management and organizational communications.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
