Job summary

Addiction Foods LLC in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and partner with managers to strengthen people management, performance, compliance, and employee experience.

This generalist HRBP role balances day-to-day HR operations with strategic business partnering to help managers make better people decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive general HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
• Experience partnering directly with managers and department heads.
• Strong knowledge of employment policies, HR documentation, and disciplinary/performance processes.
• Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and people issues.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, employee movements, and offboarding.
• Ensure HR practices, policies, and documentation are implemented consistently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave, benefits, and employee records.
• Coach managers on handling performance, conduct, attendance, and employee concerns.
• Support recruitment and manpower planning when required.
• Coordinate employee engagement, HR communications, and organizational initiatives.
• Monitor HR data and identify people trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Drive practical improvements in HR processes, systems, and manager accountability.
