Job summary

APL Logistics in the Philippines is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead a team of HR generalists and specialists, aligning people strategy with business goals. You will provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle, from attraction and development to engagement and separation.

You will partner with business leaders to implement manpower planning, succession, performance management, and regulatory compliance, while driving employer brand initiatives and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR certifications are desirable.
• 5+ years in HR management with focus on strategic planning and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead Recruitment, onboarding, and talent development aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Global Rewards on promotions and salary adjustments; ensure payroll compliance.
• Ensure HR compliance with regulations and company SOPs; participate in audits.
• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and Employer of Choice activities.
• Oversee Performance Management and coach managers on improvements; manage HR budget.
