Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units in the Philippines. The role acts as a consultant on HR issues, building partnerships and ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws and company guidelines.

The HRBP will manage employee relations, client relationships, and HR service delivery while supporting performance management, timekeeping, and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an HR Generalist role with at least one other HR discipline.
• Experience with Employee/Labor Relations for a minimum of 3 years.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR compliance best practices.
• Experience handling accounts with more than 200 FTEs.
• Willingness to work across multiple KMC sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic partnerships with Client stakeholders and other HR Partners to drive business directives and compliance.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve HR needs using data-driven approaches.
• Support employee relations, including exit processes and retention initiatives.
• Conduct orientation, onboarding, and refresher sessions with clients.
• Ensure HR SLAs are met and HR documentation is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate timekeeping, payroll inputs, bonuses, and deductions.
• Lead special projects as directed by management.
