Job summary

Pride Global seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing team in the Philippines. You will partner with business leaders and employees to provide practical HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and recruitment.

The ideal candidate has strong generalist HR experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a good understanding of Philippine employment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Recruitment or talent acquisition experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment practices and labor regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-growing org.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions.
• Guide employee relations, performance management, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
• Support onboarding, engagement, development, transfers, and offboarding.
• Assist with workforce planning and talent requirements.
• Support recruitment activities: posting, sourcing, screening, interviews.
• Maintain confidential HR records and support policy implementation.
