We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing team in the Philippines. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders and employees to provide practical HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and recruitment.
The ideal candidate has strong generalist HR experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a good understanding of Philippine employment practices. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is highly preferred, as the role will also support hiring activities as needed.
Partner with managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide effective HR solutions.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, attendance, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, development, transfers, and offboarding.
Assist with workforce planning and identify current and future talent requirements.
Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key and recurring positions.
Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company guidelines.
Partner with managers on performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Good understanding of Philippine employment practices and labor regulations.
Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization is an advantage.
