Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a proactive HRBP / HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with department leaders to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will blend strategic HR initiatives with hands-on HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Experience in HRIS and MS Office is preferred; strong communication and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads on workforce planning and employee relations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
