Job summary

Peoples Credit Network Finance Co. Inc. in the Ilocos Region is seeking an HR Training Leader for a full-time role.

You will design, develop, and deliver training and development programmes to raise employee capabilities and support workforce strategy. Reporting to senior HR management, you will lead onboarding, assess training needs, collaborate with management and external providers, maintain records, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in training and development in financial services or similar corporate environment.
• Proven track record designing and delivering training programs that improve performance.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in LMS and training software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Filipino languages advantageous.
• Degree in HR, Training and Development, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, ATD preferred.
• Experience with credit/finance/microfinance operations is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training programmes aligned to objectives and needs.
• Assess training needs across departments via management and staff consultations.
• Deliver engaging sessions via workshops, seminars, online modules, and mentoring.
• Lead onboarding for new employees and align with company culture.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness with feedback and metrics.
• Partner with external training providers when needed.
• Maintain training records and generate management reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Guide line managers on employee development and performance management.
