Job summary

Peoples Credit Network Finance Co. Inc. is looking for an HR Training Leader to guide our training strategy and develop comprehensive programs in Davao del Sur. This full-time role focuses on building a learning culture and aligning development with business goals.

You will design curricula across formats, manage budgets, and mentor junior trainers to drive employee engagement and capability. A bachelor's degree and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in training and development, with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability in designing and delivering corporate training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training tech.
• Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness.
• Experience in project, budget, and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience in coaching and development.
• Certification in training/design (e.g., ASTD/ATD) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management abilities.
• Familiarity with financial services industry advantageous.
