Peoples Credit Network Finance Co. Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, seeks an HR Training Leader to drive learning strategy across finance operations.

The role designs, implements and oversees comprehensive training programs that enhance performance, engagement and career progression. You will lead the training delivery team, manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance training while partnering with managers on succession planning and talent development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR training and development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that measurably improve employee performance.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training delivery methodologies.
• Experience working within the financial services or credit industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams whilst building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Certification in training, instructional design or HR development (such as CIPD, ATD or equivalent) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic training programs aligned with organizational goals, focusing on technical skills, compliance requirements and leadership development
• Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives
• Design, deliver and evaluate training courses, workshops and professional development sessions for employees at all levels
• Oversee the creation of training materials, resources and learning content in various formats to support diverse learning styles
• Lead and manage the training delivery team, providing coaching, mentorship and performance management
• Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness whilst maintaining high-quality program standards
• Partner with departmental managers to support succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Track and report on training metrics, effectiveness and return on investment to senior leadership
• Stay current with industry best practices in training and development, recommending innovative approaches and tools
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulatory requirements through targeted compliance training programs
