Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced HR Plans and Programs Supervisor. You will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR plans and programs that support organizational objectives, treating events like team-building, onboarding, recognition, and training as high-impact productions.

The role requires 1–2 years in an HR supervisory or managerial capacity, a strong track record of building HR programs from scratch, and

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR supervisory or managerial role.
Experience building and running successful HR plans, employee programs, or corporate events from scratch.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills when handling unexpected changes.
Excellent communication and people skills to work easily with stakeholders, vendors, and staff at all levels.
In-depth understanding of HR principles, local employment legislation, and best practices.
Comfortable using HR software (HRIS) and data analysis tools to track program success.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
